@DarthNefatious It runs on ONE 12V battery that, with the device he created that draws energy from the Earth's magnetic field, will run the car, and the single battery will stay at 13V without running down. Sounds impossible, but it has been tested and verified by the D.O.E. in the Phillipines where he lives.
