  • Deben conseguir uno mas grande para que hundan a estos cabrones de una sola estocada.

  • looks like greenpeace rammed the nissin

  • all i can say is DAMN THOSE HIPPES FULL SPEED AHEAD

  • Regardless of the laws in international waters, the captain was arrogant for staying his corse and speed. He shouldve altered his course to avoid the collision anyway. Arrogance only makes bad situations worse.

  • WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! That was to radical. Nothing like the Ady Gil. Greenpeace really gets the job done.

  • Greenpeace are so fucking Scared -.- Sea Shepherd Rocks! and "Artic Sunshine" Could yust have Turned to the right +! Guys you did a good JOB!!! but you know what, you cannot ram the Nisshin maru have you SEEN HOW FUCKING BIG IT IS?! like 100.000 Tons Against what?? 1000 tonnes?

  • im positive those fag hippies rammed them. fuckin idiots i hope their ship sinks and every one of them dies

  • Greenpeace should be charged for their assault on these ships. They are nothing short of terrorist.

  • So how, exactly, does this count as being "rammed"

  • Ihe müsst es wie die Piraten vor SOMALIA machen: Walfängerboote kapern und Lösegeld erpressen !!!!

Damit könnt ihr euch neue Boote und Aktionen finanzieren !

  • I'm against waleing, because they are endangered. But

    1) These tactics are dangerous

    2) There are far more important problems (e.g. Poverty, Haiti, AIDs)

  • Why don't they shoot those greenpeace motherfuckers like whales.

  • Looks like the sea Shepard rammed the whaling vessel to me.

  • THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE!!!

The SS was trying to use their "Can opener" to cut a hole in the Japanese ship! These videos are PROPAGANDA!!!!!!! Save the whales with DEPLOMACY instead of TERRORISM!!!

  • and while we're talking, whales are dying. but by fighting we are saving lives. talking is like praying, nothing comes from it.

  • @harr7959 They treid politics, the japaneese plugged up their ears and yeleed "LA LALA I CANT HEAR YOU LA LA LA"

  • US Federal Agents are members of, and on the staff of Sea Shepherd.

Japanese citizens are members of, and on the staff & crew of Sea Shepherd.

The star of CSI, the guy who plays Gill Grissom in the show CSI is a supporter of Sea Shepherd.

Erin Brockovich the real woman whose story was played in the movies by actress and star Julia Roberts is a supporter of Sea Shepherd.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers band is a supporter of Sea Shepherd.

  • sscs is a criminal organisation with a convicted criminal as leader. they dont even have the balls to come here is daylight anymore.

  • Hahaha! that explains why Paul Watson and his crew are already preparing for the next operation for the 2009-2010 campaign. our goal is the eradication of atrocities unleashed upon Nature. whether the world rejects us or not is irrelevant because we will keep fighting until our heart stops beating. we love this planet and want future generations of children to see its beauty. the only danger to this planet is man. but we have some humans who know the turth and will fight to do what is right.

  • well i call myself an environmentalist, but i still eat whalemeat and dont see why we should not hunt some whales. there is no logical reason for not hunting.

  • Why do we care? They are still eco-terrorists!

  • not really. a terrorist tries to FORCE VIEWS through violent force. Paul and my comrades dont care if the hate or like whales. we just are enforcing laws. we arent trying to force our beliefs, we are just saving lives.

  • now they have started using their ship to smuggle beer insted of ramming other ships,

way to go greenpeace, you are getting harder criminals everyday.

  • Is Japanese whaling "illegal" or "wrong." There are activities that are "wrong" but not illegal. (Adultery, abortion, lying, etc.) On the flipside, there are activities that are "illegal" but not "wrong." (Placing your business sign within the state's right of way.)

If whaling is ILLEGAL then let the authorities deal with it. If it is WRONG, remember that two wrongs don't make a right. In that case, Greenpeace would still be WRONG & ILLEGAL.

  • whaling was banned in 1986. so it is illegal.

  • japan have not banned whaling so for them its not illegal to hunt whales.

  • wrong. Japan took part in the IWC's ban on whaling. i dont know all of the countries that didnt but i know the ones that did. North Korea is one that didnt but they dont whale anyway. and if Japan didnt take part, then they wouldnt bother to use the Research bullshit. they take advantage of everything for their own profit. all they care about is money and thats it. but SSCS will stop them. i am a Sea Shepherd and will remain one forever.

  • too bad they didn`t sink the arctic sunrise :) damn hippy's

  • we are not hippies. hippies are known to smoke and do drugs. we prefer the term tree-hugger. Hippie is offensive. and if they sink the Arctic sunrise, they will be charged with murder which equals, no more whaling. the japanese whalers are not that retarded.

  • If people tried to take my fish off the line when I was fishing I would be upset too.

  • the whalers are doing illegal activities to Greenpeace has to stop them. if you say a guy hurting a little girl wouldnt you stop him? if you ever see someone doing an action that you KNOW is illegal or wrong, you have to take action. a real man wouldnt just sit on his lazy ass and do nothing. though Greenpeace does need to show more backbone like Sea Shepherd. protesting is more like begging and preaching. action is what makes a difference.

  • So its the person who is AGAINST Whalers that is the FRIEND of Japan and the FRIEND of Japanese! And it is the person who is 4 the tiny sect of Whale-Killers who is AGAINST the majority of Japan and hurting Japanese! The person trying to STOP whaling is protecting 99% of Japanese people from being poisoned by Whalers. The person cheering Japanese Whalers is helping to HURT JAPAN and poison Japanese people!

  • "Japans News Organizations The Asahi News has just released a report confirming 96% of Japanese dont or have never eaten whalemeat" Therefore the act of eating whalemeat is Not Japanese culture! In fact the majority of Japanese people indicated they did Not approve of nor want anything 2 do with whalemeat or commercial whaling!60% of Japanese r against whaling.80% want 2 stop whaling in Antarctica!96% dont even eat whalemeat! Whalemeat is poison!

  • then the only logical conclusion is that they do it just to piss you off!

  • THIS IS GONNA HURT xDxD

  • wow, what do you think the Sea Shepherds have been doing ?? Good start though Greenpeace, now try being a lil more aggressive....

  • yes! greenpeace, show us what ur made of and kick some jap ass. as long as u stick to the Sea Shepherd method and do NOT kill anyone. remember, we are not killers like the japs, we're protectors of this Earth.

  • Greenpeace are just eco terrorists

  • and you're just killers who slaughter innocent whales

  • No you have it all wrong. The whales that are slaughtered are wanted felons.Seriously they are already on deathrow.

  • my god....what in Satan's creation are you. i will join the Sea Shepherds to stop those Japanese fuckers and you will not stop me. enough innocent whale blood has been spilled. either join or stay away

  • My god what an easily led fool you are.

I bet 20 bucks you will not be on Sea Shepherd for the whale season at the end of the year.

    Either join or stay away.WTF.

  • wow, you're about to lose $20. You will not stop me from saving whales. once i finish up my years at the University of Florida, i will be out there.

  • Tell you what.I will come to Melbourne when you dock and if your there I will gladly give you the 20 bucks for proving me wrong.Untill then you just one of the usual internet warriors talking tough from behind the keyboard.

  • i'll be sure of that my good enemy of nature. until then let's stop talking and wait until i am there. right now i have to earn my good grades so i can be the best help i can to the Sea Shepherds

  • The best way to help Whales would be by intelligent arguements and maybe a clever video like the Micheal Moore series(I would not say he is intellegant)

Join Sea Shepherd and make anyone who believes in animal rights look like a cowardly hippie with shit for brains.

  • join the sea shepherds if you have a soul

you are just some local drunk who fucks sluts at a bar

  • Yeah.Aint it cool.

  • to watch you get hurt, then yes.

"It's time to take a stand to end atrocities! Either stand beside us or get out of our way!"

  • I would rather stand in front of you.

Time to take action against atrocities.Try looking at the atrocities in Africa or Afghanistan.Try the atrocities islamic extremist carry out.

  • Do i give a fuck about humans dying? NO, because humans are OVERpopulated. we still wonder why, and its because all we do is help our own species. no i do not enjoy watching humans die, but neither do i enjoy watching whales die. i really wish i could end this senseless massacre in these wars but that is something i CANT stop, i can only help the animals, which need WAY more help since they are almost extinct. you stand in front of me go ahead, becuz i wont back down.

  • L.OL.

  • Sure looks like the green peace boat was doing the ramming to me.

  • RAM THE FUCKERS!!!

I saw stick C4 on the ships and blow them up! add some mini nukes!

  • Look at the size of this ship how many whales abbord in pieces how control a big ship like that A shop on the sea...

  • More people should take action on issues like this. Sea Shepherd are the only people stopping the bloody murders.

  • The Sea Sheperd puts people's lives at risk. The Japanese need to eat too.

  • donde estan esos piratas somalies cuando mas se les necesita?

para que se lleven estos balleneros...

  • Green Peace is my sun

  • It's a violation to proceed on a course that can lead to a collision. If the GP Captain did no take steps to avoid he is in violation. The Whaler sounded collision alarm and broadcast a warning. It doesn't matter what the higher cause is. Collisions at sea are dangerous and people often get hurt, badly. I guess that doesn't matter anymore. Some day we will read of a GP members death and have to say, What an idiot....

  • What makes you think that a human life is worth more than the life of a whale? That misconception seems to be one of the biggest fuck ups of this age.

  • The fact that we have the ability to help the whales and a conscience strong enough to see that killing them is wrong. The way that we proceed with this mission is most important to the outcome. To waste a life, to save a life is an impotent solution and a waste of resources that we desperately need. The Whales are at our mercy. Greenpeace seems to have drifted into the arena of theatrics and emotional responce. That works on TV, not at sea.. 2 schools of thought here. combine them and win.

  • Our ability to help them is not an indicator of our intelligence or superiority, it's but a by-product of our ongoing quest to make life easier for ourselves. And where is the conscience of the men who are aiming these harpoons? I'm not saying that whales are more intelligent than humans, but simply based on population abundance, the life of a whale is worth far more than the life of a human; and that's not even taking majesty, grace and dignity into account.

  • Ok, our choice to help indicates our compassion which to me sets us apart from all others. Some attempt absolution through financial means, it rarely works. I agree with you on your description of whales, however all don't, and to win freedom for the whales we must battle for them and not against those who would destroy them. In this case taking the high ground is the solution. The Japanese react to matters of honor. Having the high moral position assures the whales victory. It's not about us.

  • Then, combining your logic with mine, the lives of the men who conduct these deeds (and more importantly, then men who send them on their way) are worth considerably less than the whales. I see where you're coming from, it's people like you who will probably end up winning this debate outright, but personally, if I saw a man kill a whale in cold blood then his life is void in my books. I do agree though that Greenpeace can be a drama-queen with no control over her emotion, but, it ain't easy.

  • I couldn't handle the sight of anyone killing any marine mamal. I can't even watch the videos without throwing something. Personally I think those who are involved in the slaughter of marine mammals should be in prison. The ones who give the orders, and make the money should be harpooned and left to die in pain. I don't think that will happen. I think humiliation will work on the Japanese. I wonder if they feel any remorse? Whales are not food they are the royalty of the sea. Hope WE win..

  • WE are just primates on a power trip, and have been for so long that we've actually obtained a bit of collective power. When you go to the zoo, what are the first three things you notice about the more developed primates (Gibbons, Chimps, Baboons etc)? 1) they're a lot like us. 2) They're filthy; throwing their shit all over the place and 3) they're savages, committing brutal acts of violence with an air of non-chalance. Why did Earth's evolution invest so much into the development of primates?

  • Great question. I don't know but I suspect that mother nature at one point was easily fooled. That is why I like the cetaceans on our planet so much. We truly can't ruin their lives in a indirect way we can only kill them. The way we treat the lesser creatures is how compassionate we truly are. So basically were screwed. I can't get my mind twisted around far enough to even understand why we do the shit we do.

I just try to spread my feelings to as many as possible and scream in the dark, alot.

  • It's basically because of our opposable thumb; our ability to manipulate objects without sacrificing mobility. There was no conscious thought involved, it just happened. We're filthy, vain, savage apes, who need to feed almost seven billion of our kind which means we need to exploit the shit out of our fellow earthlings. "We should never have come down from the trees..."

  • or up from the sea, or magically popped into existence at the whim of some "higher" being, who subsequently abandoned us shaking his(or her) head and saying ; What the hell have I done? Unlimited harvesting of the sea will bite us on the ass harder than imaginable. The balance of sea life is way more delicate than has ever been stated. The smallest feed the largest and the smallest are most at risk. The Japanese think that their cultural needs have precedence over all. They need to be stopped.

  • I'm talking about primates. I don't think you're taking the situation seriously enough.

  • Sorry, I got off track. I do in fact take this issue very seriously but what the hell can we do about it. Can't educate the unwilling and we can't kill em. We are what we are, all we can do (in my humble opinion) is fight the battles that make the most sense to us and hope for the best.

  • greenpeace only reason for being there was to cause a problem, get in the way, be the dumb dicks they are.

  • You guys are hoosiers GreenPeace is why we don't live in a wasteland

  • greenpeace is a joke and a scam! If you give your money to me it will not go to wast!

  • greenpeace are just a bunch of wankers they should be hunted and killed

  • Greenpeace are terorrists and they suck

  • Damn if one of those Greenpeace brainless workless idiot's would ram my ship I get my gun out. Kill em all !

  • you are a facking stupid. Im talk about people that want the claim destrucction. A lot of people wants a pure and wondeful world but they nt do nothing.

  • sounds like greenpeace bullshit to me looks like they intended to ram to other ship cause their greenpeace, how many gallons of deisel do that junker burn an hour? Greenpeace ha!

  • I think you dont know anything of that, and.. you never talk with the people on board ata the moment of the collision so..

and the diesel.. what did you want??? a lot of people pushing the ship??

  • the greeks did it.

  • All these people bringing up marine right of way... who cares. the whaler did not accidentally bump into the greenpeace ship. They were worried they were going to get in trouble, so they rammed the boat

  • how can you justify your comment?

  • Should I keep going?

Internation Rule 17 Action by the Stand-on Vessel (assuming the Arctic Sunrise was had right of way and this was a crossing situation)

    (c) A power-driven vessel which takes action in a crossing situation in accordace with subparagraph (a)(ii) of this Rule to avoid collision with anotehr power-driven vessel, shall, if the circumstances of the case admit, not alter course to port for a vessel on her own port side.

The Arctic Sunrise should have turned to startboard!

  • The Arctic Sunrise was Overtaking the Nishan Maru.

    International Rule 13

    (a) Any vessel overtaking (Artcic Sunrise) any other shall keep out of the way of the vessel being overtaken (Nishan Maru).

    (d) Any subsequent alteration of the bearing between the two vessels shall not make the overtaking vessel a crossing vessel...until she is finally past and clear.

  • Rx number cruncher is right:

The whaling vessel was on a steady course. the Greenpeace ship altered course to make contact. Therefore the greenpeace ship relinquishes it's "right of way." Though to starboard of the whaler, altering course and failing to avoid a collision are NavReg violations.

Greenpeace is a terrorist organization in the truest sense of the word, using fear and harassment to achieve their goals

  • No I have never tasted fresh whale meat...nor have I killed a whale...I just want to taste the freedom of all creatures that are not being hunted off the face of the planet! What people that are not in favor of keeping the species alive is beyond me. Just go out and kill yourself a whale and eat it, idiot.

  • Anyone heard of the IMO ?

    Anyone heard of Seamanship ?

    Anyone question the interviewee's ?

    Ever tasted fresh whale ?

The captain of the flying dutchman has more sense than captain of the Sunrise...

I am left shaking my head...

    Grow up people !

  • I guess you missed the part about the Jap ship doing the 360 and creating the collision.

Have you heard the cries of whales after being harpooned? You should and then eat the whole thing.

  • ever thought just who is watching youtube ?

and who has satellite footage ?

Stop trying to convince the world...People are laughing at you.

I love to eat fresh whale, it tastes great. I bet you never have have you ??

Ever seen how an exploding head harpoon works ?

What's the difference between killing a horse, cow, kangaroo, Moose and a Whale ?

Ever heard the cries of a Moose when it is shot ?

    Grow up !

  • Nothing is wrong with killing a domestic animal raised for food and not endangered. Hope you can proudly tell your children's children that you ate whale and contributed to their extinction. Wow, what a great distinction to have eaten one of the few remaning whales. Bet you are proud...Now, if you could eat whale...why not people. That would really be a point of pride for someone that has no regard for life or understanding that we could save a magnifcient creature like the whale.bravo kinasewer

  • Well said. Spot on.

whales cannot be farmed like Cattle can be. Females give birth to a single calf. Nursing time is long (more than one year in many species), which is associated with a strong bond between mother and young. In most whales, reproductive maturity occurs late, typically at seven to ten years of age.

This is in stark contrast to Cattle, Sheep or Pigs that mature much quicker and breed far more often which enables us (humans) to sustain their populations.

  • The whaling vessel was on a steady course. the Greenpeace ship altered course to make contact. Therefore the greenpeace ship relinquishes it's "right of way." Though to starboard of the whaler, altering course and failing to avoid a collision are NavReg violations.

  • those people on the green peace workers made an unwise move. That could have killed some one.

  • thats ok. as long as no whales get scratched, they dont give a damn how many people get slaughtered.

  • Read Rule 17 (b) of the collision regulations.

Also Rule 2 and Rule 8.

Anyone who takes their vessel within 1 nautical mile of another vessel in open ocean is not a seaman.

  • They should mount some additional plates, these japs are incalculable...

  • japs??...what a racist

  • thats not racist!! just an abbreviation like 'aussies', or is that racist too?

  • Who knows. I've heard some people say "jap" is the Japanese equivalent of "nigger", but i don't think those people had ever asked a Japanese person how they felt about the word.

  • its the first time I've heard of it being racist. If they do consider it racist perhaps theyre being over sensitive

  • some needs to shot those fuckers and sink there ships

  • @JeepNight

    1. no ship sank.

    2. Greenpeace doesn't have enough money to damage their own boat. Definitly.

  • You can see in this video the whalers ship does not change course but is ramed by Greenpeace... I support the greenpece message but question some of their actions. seems like it would be better to educate consumers on not supporting these companies instead of destroying 2 ships and posibly the enviroment by sinking one or both ships.

  • all the earth hugging people are dumass because they do just as much damage to the

earth they should look at how much fuel

they use in all ther boats and ship

  • Ram Bam Ram Bam Ram Bam Ram Bam Ram Bam Ram Bam Ram Bam Ram Bam Ram Bam Ram Bam

    SAVE THE WHALES

  • motherfuckers!

  • terrorist
