I myself am American, and I understand the difference between extremist "muslims" like these mislead bastards and true Muslims. I think most westerners who have a rational understanding of current events understand this. I only wish that more people would understand we need to befriend the GOOD people of the middle east and show even the ones who wish us harm compassion. That is the only way to peace.

No these guys are misled as they could easily carry out far more revenge bombings on the ground than trying to get on a plane. They could even devise methods to blow up cargo planes at least with mail bombs.
