  • jeeeez i did this workout for 3 weeks i lost my belly where is my belly i cant find it now

  • may be a stupid question...but 2x15 how much is that?

  • @novakTeddyLOVA - that means 2 sets of 15. The workout is intended to be a circuit, so you would do one set of each exercise with no rest in between, then rest 30-60 seconds before doing it again. Good luck!
