The reason this movie tanked is because it's downright awful, owing in large part to the acres of cocaine consumed by all the principals during the location shooting. Please let's not make excuses for the inexcusable! I doubt that the color of Liza's hair had anything to do with its lack of merit, LMAO!

i think i liza had black hair in this movie instead of blond and had been more musical it would not have bombed at the box office. so soon after cabaret i think this movie did smothered her talent when i could have ridden of the success of caberet
