i got it.. its cheap.. at 0.14 he release the withe rubber from his right hand , in this moment the left hand going in the left direction to fuck your mind..and the rubber change the side.. watch in HD u will see it. at least.. the withe rubber is befor the green one after 0.14..

Thanks! I don't this particular handling is marketed, but there are lots of collections of rubber band magic available. You might find something similar.
