@gongster07 I'm pretty sure that you can quit out of the level once you have the skull and have received the achievement for it. But to play it safe, I always finished the level out. :)

Same here man, I was on Cortana and i thought the random skull that doesn't do anything(or is another blind skull i dont know) was the tilt skull. I was kinda confused when i didn't get the achievement. This video helps a ton.

I'm playing on normal, started from the beginning of the level, got up the mushrooms, killed all the flood, and the skull is not here...

Did you look for it on your first pass through this room? I know that in this level, like a lot of others you have to go from point A-B and then B-A. By this I mean that you revisit this room on your way out of the level. I believe that you have to get it on your first pass through before everything is in shambles. Hope this helps.

catch skull was pretty easy, theres a highway with a sewer next to it. if u get on it and jump to this cliff u find the skull. cant be much more descriptive srry :(

wow. That is the easyist and fastest way i have ever seen to get up to that skull, on most of the other ones, your climbing a different and harder part, and you have to travel around the whole room ontop of that spine thing. You just have to pick it up, then thats it, I was an idiot and got the first skull on the Sierra 117 mission.. carried the damn thing to the end coz I didn't get the acheivement, coz there was no acheivement for that particular skull =\
