  • I work at Spirit Aerosystems, in Tulsa, We make major portions of the wings for the 787, among other parts. yes the A380 is killing the Airbuss. and were having issues with the 787, but then again, our plane is a very new concept, heck finding enough A&P mechanics that have this amount of experiance with compossites, drilling, bonding, all of it is much diffrent than the 50 year old airframe were all so used to, metal, bend, cut, rivit, do what you like to it, this stuff is very diffrent.

  • Airbus did not copy B787. Unlike B787, Airbus did not went on to gamble by adding metal plates on the body of A350 while on the other hand B787 is completely made of composite material in 1 piece. The concept of B787 is not known to any one as no one has ever produced complete 1 piece composite material fuselage.

  • boeing partners lockeed martain, mcdonnal douglas, rockwell, NASA. get your facts straight before you post your meaningless comments. look at the A380 2004 its was DELAYED 3 FUCKING YEARS, you say the 87 wont fly cause its delayed 6 months. that 380 superjumbopieceofshit is gonna kill airbus....look at how many airlines have given up on the 380 orders and gone to Boeing. get you facts straight. who says airbus area the most realiable youve proly never flown one anyways
