  • when you scramble your eggwhites or eggs add a pinch of sea salt and a teaspoon full of tumeric to your pan eat and thats it. Tumeric does drop your blood sugar and it can help you to become free of diabetes. Well anyway thats my hope. i also take chromium picolonate and i make cinnamon tea using cinamon sticks. i will keep you informed.

  • how much turmic

  • Hmm. Turmeric is brilliant. Its an anti-inflammatory and it helps stop the formation of the blood vessels that are necessary to supply tumours, thus acting as a counter-cancer agent.

If it helps diabetes as well, great.

But this video is crap both in style and in content as it implies you can just carry on eating crap and swallow a magic pill and presto,

Yes, our whole diet is out of order. Check out ayurvedic nutrition/medicine. And yes, stay away from that thar HFCS (and aspartame too!)

  • Misleading.Fried/ processed/denutritioned/ cheap/dead factory'food is the problem Go get curcimin 97% from the health food store or off the webb.Tumeric is only 4% curcumin.Trying to get it from food is a waste of time.Restaurant curry piles on fat. Useless.Eat only live fresh food. Never fry.Never eat anything been through a factory.Never eat anything in a cardboard box.Never eat anything tha won't go bad in a few days.Never eat anything a bug will ignore or won't eat,ie preserved meats.Easy!

  • lol fat mice

  • This is crap.

Its high carbs (GLs) and junk veg oils and veg fats that are the root of the problem.

  • Or stop eating so much.

  • wow thats cool!

    i hope it works

  • Is this serious?

  • I would say so.. There is some pretty impressive evidence of the benefits of turmeric. Specially as a natural anti-inflammatory. Look at India... The population eats a ton of curry and they have nowhere near the health issues Western cultures have. (other things being equal)

  • I'll take your word on there being "some pretty impressive evidence of the benefits of tumeric" as I'm too lazy to look it up myself, but you can't claim that Indians have less health issues simply because they eat curry. There are other huge differences between Indian and Western cultures. You could, on equal grounds, claim that they have less health issues because a larger percentage of the population is Hindi, or, more reasonably, because there are greater rates of vegetarianism in India.

  • Fair enough assessment but I have a strong feeling that turmeric has a significant role in longevity. My scientific view is that the anti-inflammatory effects of curcumin has a great all-around positive effect on the body. Inflammation is one of the most underrated health detriments to mankind. LOTS of ailments originate or are intensified by the haphazard release of cytokines and other inflammatory response elements.

  • very good point! inflammation is a major component of premature aging. there are many plants coming out of the Amazon which have anti inflammatory components, Cat's Claw, Iporuru and Camu Camu for example which has Quercetin & Elaidic-Acid. deep in the Amazon there are no DEGENERATIVE diseases. Pata de Vaca & Pedra Hume Ca have been labeled vegetable insulin after $7 million of R&D.

&stay away from HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP

  • Hello!

"stay away from HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP"

TELL ME ABOUT IT!! THAT one thing is killing the world.. CHEAP sweetener... ust today for instance, I wanted to green tea (in a bottle and I was in a hurry).. well.. I couldn't find a SINGLE ONE that was NOT sweetened with something. In most cases it was HFCS. I'll check out your site..

  • Is this video overly positive, or is there not ane critical response to this 'breakthrough' to the lives of millions of people?

  • why is "breakthrough" in quotes? Only you are using that word.

  • He put the quotes there to imply that he himself does not view it as true breakthrough. In this case the quotes aren't used as a representation of someone else's speech, but to distance the writer's own opinion from the message being expressed.

  • Almost true, I do distance myself from the message being expressed, but I do it as a suggestion to others, since I do not have better knowledge. Perhaps the people suffering from diabetes know it better, that this is not a breakthrough. It needs to be more thorough.
