It means that from that exact speed up, you cannot abort takeoff even if you have a problem. Imagine your V1 is 140kts, your VR is 145, you have an engine failure at 142kts. Even having an engine failure, you will have to takeoff because the amount of runway left is not enough for you to stop, so you will always have to takeoff EVEN if you have ANY failure.
Thank you for uploading this ive never been on a plane before and im very scared so im nervous about the take off and a lil bit of landing so im going to florida in august so this realy helped
this is rubbish because you can hardly see the take off view from inside because outside is just white and the camera took AGES to adjust to the light outside!! complete waste of time
Yes it must be for sun' bright,especially that this was a flight for cairo,so we turned to the east rightly after take off,so be back with the sun...! ;) that's nothing,no that's just it was in may,and that was a sunny day,so the f/o wore sunglasses,because he wanted it !! you would do better to ask me about aviation or piloting questions than questions like that men...!! but thank you despite for you comments ! :)
The Runway Awareness and Advisory System (RAAS) is an electronic detection system developed by Honeywell. It provides aircraft flight crews with information concerning the aircraft's position relative to an airport's runway (while operating on the ground at an airport).
RAAS functions by providing audible alerts to confirm runway identification, and also provides an aural alarm if it detects undue acceleration (indicating an attempt to takeoff) while the aircraft is on any taxiway instead of a designated runway. Its function is possible by a software enhancement to the aircraft's TAWS or EGPWS system
Amazing video, belle vidéo!!! Comment as-tu rentré dans le poste de pilotage? : )

WTF is B1 ?
jbjetairways 1 year ago
@jbjetairways Its V1. V1 is the engine-fail recognition velocity.

@jbjetairways It's V1, not B1.
