My interjection to everyone's comments about a silly song. It is just that, a silly song. Whether your punk, emo, gangsta what ever the hell you want to label yourself or your life style so society will accept you somewhere, it's a song. Symbolism aside it's all the same thing from every band. Instead of sitting around and arguing about a song, turn your "knowledge" of this into something useful or at least more broad that 3 minutes of the endlessness that is music.
