This is one of the MANY incidents that confirm that, and that the government try to supress. That's why it's important it's exposed.

This is one of the MANY incidents that confirm that, and that the government try to supress. That's why it's important it's exposed.

I'm American and wholeheartedly support Assange. Not all of us are particularly thrilled with our government, either. It takes a lot effort to see past the bullshit, but unfortunately, we've been raised in a society where we're quite complacent in being kept in the dark. Still, as a young citizen, I'm right behind Wikileaks in the hopes of an more enlightened future, because frankly, I'm fucking terrified of what may be without it.

@LouigiVerona they never fired directly on the van seeing that those inside were not aiding in insurgent activities. i call that precision and good target identification. it isn't luck at those kind of ranges the gunner had to be precise, assange pointed out the size of the bullet used, if just one hit those kids literally entire limbs would've been ripped off. again those kids are living today after only a few scars from shrapnel it was the use of precision that saved them not dumb luck.

But specially if thousands of meters (they say approx 1 km in this vid) away: They did not spare the kids on purpose, please watch the uncut vid and judge yourself. They were even surprised to hear that there were kids, so how could they have wilfully avoided them? And don't call them "insurgents" we know now they were not insurgents.

@rockinandout: Gosh, even calling the others insurgents is wrong. They were a two journalists and accompanying pple, trying to cover the story of a shooting that took place there earlier.
About the kids: who said he fired directly on the kids? You said he spared them on purpose and that it was not for luck they survived but thanks to his precision. Different case. I say it must've been luck, as he fired pretty much on all of the van, not just on the guys carrying the wounded man. Pure Luck.

@Mejuz also those guys were in a moving vehicle flying hundreds if not thousands of meters away firing a gun. with all the variables like wind speed, humidity, and target movement. so the spotter watches the bullets and makes sure the gunner doesnt just blow everything in the vicinity to hell, he forces the gunner to adjust, even snipers, the most accurate of shooters have to adjust after firing

@Mejuz Huh I was under the impression that when choppers flew they were moving but you know what the earth must've been moving below them that makes much more sense
