  • Regardless how big twilight is now, it was poorly written and will not live as long as Dracula. So, can we move on?

  • Nice one of my favorites!

  • This is pure gothic, i love it.

  • listen to this true goth stuff and fuck everyone who looks only on the outside...these guys undearstand nothing about the ideas of a whole subculture...

  • Saw this band in the 90's in Leeds a few times, Brilliant!!!!

  • Don't fuck me, this sounds exactly like sisters of mercy !

  • SHUT UP AND LISTEN THIS S0:00NG !

  • this isn't bad :) But I like metal and Industrial too :)

  • @LxP1992 Same here. Guess it's common.

  • @LxP1992 I like Industrial too, Skinny Puppy etc. But my fav genre is gothic rock/New Wave (The Cure)

  • wankers ripping sisters of mercy style :/

  • Where can i buy their cds?

  • lmao im imagining edward crying like a pussy hahaha why must i be sparkly!!!?? why!?!?!?!?! lmao jkjk

  • Nosferatu need no introduction. Pure epic black art. As a tribute, my band Elegy of Madeline recorded a cover of this song, that we hope will live up to at least some of the expectations of such a revered entity as they.

Check it out on our page.

    - Marquis, Elegy.

  • i can't stand twilight. this music is awesome, i've been looking for something new 2 listen 2 on my mp3 player

  • I've been writing and reading vampire fiction since my teens; and when I said I wrote it people thought I was either weird or cool... so when twilight came out, I thought it was old news and when I had a look at it, I thought it was dumbest thing I had ever come across... I wrote better vampire fiction... so did SK and Bram Stoker.

  • CHILLINGLY beautiful

  • beautiful tune, totally awesome alternative industrial rock new wave, totally love this sound

  • @GothReptilian Well, I couldn't have said it better. These blokes were and still are the pinnacle of what a goth band is. Music and display. People mock and ridicule their appearance but their music is AMAZING, especially their final two studio albums. Hard and powerful. Music like this just can't be found anymore and it is a shame. Can't believe this was 20 years ago already. Seems like yesterday...

  • Before twilight if you liked vampires you were either scary or cool. Now your gay 0.o wtf. I still like vampires anyway though. But not twilight.

  • @iLiKEMuSiC917 i agree, i hate twilight too, bram stoker made an amazing book and twilight made vampires sparkle in the sun.horrible.

  • @ancaavalon1989 Agreed! a vampier must ve like Carmilla, Dracula or Varney, blame frank langella XD

  • @ancaavalon1989 Twighlight is not Vampyres. They are fairies. They sparkle, and they live in the forest.

  • @ancaavalon1989 Not just Stoker, but many, many others made it a horrifying concept the world will never forget....Sadly this generation is determined to ruin them.

  • @ancaavalon1989 i agree to you both, my sister likes twillight xD i am always laughing at her, and she's says that dracula and stuff just stupid is and her twillight is making at least some sense xD hahahahahahaha!

  • @ancaavalon1989 I refuse to think of those wimps as vampires, they are woodland fairies whether their fans like it or not.

  • @06kaineV I thought fairies shot fire? I didn't know they complained about being sparkly in the sunlight. I thought being sparkly was something they liked about themselves.

  • @ancaavalon1989 And I agree agree. Twilight made vampires whiny about stupid things that no one will care about like how their farts smell of candy and fancy pastries and how they sparkle in the sunlight. Things no one would kill them for. I think the most difficult part for the vampires in Twilight was how he had a nice car. He could get a scratch on the paint, that would be awful.

  • @iLiKEMuSiC917 yeah the vampirs america look like pop singers

  • @iLiKEMuSiC917 Dude!!! You're so right on!!!

  • @iLiKEMuSiC917

exactly.. love the REAL and CLASSICAL vampires :)

  • What a goth band!!! The 3 albums "Rise", " Legend" and "The Prophecy" are immaculate.

  • @Ireneoe1 Lucretia (my reflection), Dominion and 1959 are amazing songs.

  • I totally forgot about this band, such a great song. Very sisters sounding compared to their other stuff

  • great :) and yes we do cry!

  • great :)

  • whats not to love about goth??

  • sehr gut

  • You can always tell a person whos not been into black metal very long cant you? Most black metal has goth influence in it anyway. Im into black metal in a major way but even i know that! I like old school goth like nosferatu, mission, rosetta stone etc.

  • Vampyres Cry Mix version is much better.... some rare...

  • Love you always Nosferatu!!!

  • Fuck this shit, this is the shittiest band I've ever heard!!.. Heil BURZUM!666

  • @DickFarts420 well burzum is black metal, this is goth

  • People love to label. Sounds like music to me.

  • if you like Nosferatu, check out my band Elegy of Madeline, pure gothic occult death rock...

we have a cassette demo out..

total respect to the master's Nosferatu!!!! 5+ stars....

  • està chingòn

  • this shit is what needs to be brought back.

  • lol black planet by som????

  • the good stuff

  • THIS is gothic music. not that screamo shit you hear in hot topic. or noisy metal that lashes out at organized religion. not techno music with soundclips of women saying "i'm a whore. fuck me"

  • Well said PLERKTA. This fucken techno shit people listen to only degrades women and promotes rape, and all sorts of garbage. And fuck that hot topic shit ! LMFAO ! Right on !

  • @PLERKTA Look I respect and i adore gothic music itself, but metal it's a chaos, it's a music with soul too ! Not even noisy or something... :)

e.g. cradle of filth try to combine the metal chaos with the gothic romantism... and that is awesome...

    :) take care

    \m/

  • @PLERKTA fuk organised religions!

  • @PLERKTA i like gothic metal too,but deathrock really owns and is the true goth

  • @PLERKTA Totally agree with u, I ´m 35 and now i have students who think the new metal bands are gothic and everytime i lend them my iphone and listen to these kind of groups they go like, what? this is not gothic, jajajajajjajaj

  • @lavantgarde75 I'm a senior in highschool and I agree completely. Everybody around me takes what's fed to them. Very few people take the effort to find the good bands. Ask them what punk is, you hear MCR or Green Day. Ask them what emo is, they say Fall Out Boy or AFI (not even knowing their older material). Ask them what goth is, you get a bunch of random as hell screamo bands. No real bands of any genre (yes, emo was once really good).

    What do they call this?

  • @PLERKTA i like this but i am still always gunna like thenoisy metal that lashes out at organized religion :P

  • @PLERKTA THIS is just awesome ;)

  • @PLERKTA if metal is the body of music and is amazing gothic music is the soul long live gothic music btww screamo isnt bad

  • @PLERKTA completely agreed

  • @PLERKTA true goths are adorable persons :)

  • @LorenciaDark I'm agreeing too, i'm Goth eiter, but many people think if they talk to me i will murder them or something xD just so stupid. Just ignoring the yelling of those kids xD

  • it's actually spelled "vampyres", the song I mean

  • not so amazing anymore as i can't hear a damn thing

  • This sounds so good to my goth ears I love Nosferatu :]

  • (with original Rise era singer)!

  • AND they're about to release a storming new single so i hear...

  • Blows the shit out of Sisters of Mercy!! I heard that Sisters doesn't even like to be referred to as gothic. Besides Nosferatu's music (before they changed singers) was more intense and powerful than sisters ever was! What pisses me off is that they get no play at the goth clubs ven though they are one of the best "goth" bands who ever existed.

  • i used to listen to that song when i was 16....10 years ago...jesus! bloody amazing

  • One of my fav goth band!

  • Oh yes it is (:

  • I've already stated that I like SOM now.

  • This is what Goth is suppose to sound like.

  • fantastic!

  • so fine.

  • Yeah, the reson I said that was because I only heard a few songs.

  • ahhhh real goth music tis a pleasure to the ears

  • si bien chingon carnal

  • @siluetadiabolica its really embarrassing for me to say dont speak spanish when im half spanish........

  • acdcalex777 ur a fool

  • I am not a fool, but what I said was foolish. I Used to hate SOM, now I love the band.

  • OH and The 69 eyes

  • Sentenced(kind of)

    Charon

    Entwine..

Lots of else cant think anything else now ^^

  • Try these bands - Witching Hour, Two Witches, Ex-Voto, The Merry Thoughts, Vendemmian, Rosetta Stone... The list is neverending.

  • Completely, unashamedly goth. Brilliant!

  • I hate it when people compare Nosferatu to Sisters Of Mercy. Sisters Of Mercy is the most over rated Goth band ever!!! They have two or three good songs and that is it. Nosferatu is way better!

  • Gracias,yo solo conocia la cancion Close.

  • best. song. ever.

  • This is exactly the kind of music that i like ^^

  • This song is cliche in a good way if that makes sense.

  • Was very different at the time.. How many bands pre 1992 do you know that sound anything like this??? Ok the vocals are very Sisters-ish but the music is totally different.. Definatly the forerunners in Vampiric goth!!!!!

  • So cheesy, and yet so damn good at the same time.

  • Comment removed

  • you know what??i blame raven madison and alexander sterling **swoon** for turning me goth...and ill neverregret it!! the musics awesome

  • Ellen Schreiber has no idea what goth rock sounds like.

  • i fucking love this song!!! the cd is hard to get though

  • Where DO you get the real gothic rock cds?

All they have in the stores where I live is effin Jonas brothers & taylor swift shit.

  • You should buy it off the internet. Like ebay and amazon and stuff.

  • Try to find it on underground stores..

  • I was looking for this song, finally!=)

This song reminds me of Doom!xD

  • the drum machine sounds epic

  • very Fields of Nephilim/Sisters ;)

Great band... I'm looking for my favorite song by them but I can't find it yet

  • I think Nosferatu sound nothing like the Nephilim and maybe the vocals sound a bit Sisters-ish but the music is nothing like..

As soon as I hear Nosferatu I know its them.... ;)

  • sounds just a little bit like 69 eyes but not as much bas in his voice

  • I'd say 69 Eyes have more of a rock and roll edge to them being as they used to be a glam band whereas Nosferatu I think have a more trad goth thing going on... I like both bands though and yes there are similarities I agree!! :)

  • een geweldig lied, blij dat ik het gevondewn heb

  • a great great song !!!!

  • This is an amazing song...I'm glad i found it again :D .

  • a great song

  • This is amazing. The Vocals almost remind me of the singer from Fields of the Nephilim.

  • omg i love this song

  • awesome song love it

  • Vampyre's cry, It comes down to you. Vampyre's cry, Like God and always. Starved of blood and sick of head, Inside her broken doors and shatters, Kneeling down, cutting sky, She cupped her hands and reached for life. Wave come down and pushing through, Carry her where she wants to go to, Wave come down and pushing through, Carry her, carry her.
  • It's most likely a drum machines, which some goth rock bands use (i.e. sisters of mercy)

  • Good music tends to sound odd to people who aren't equipt to hear it. The drums sound good, and I happen to think drum machines sound pretty fucking awesome.

  • darknexX!!

  • darknexX!!

  • Thank you very, very, very much, this group rules, is the most darker band in the earth!!!! Grittings from Mexico...
