i love the black keys. this song is amazing. but i'm surprised at all the hendrix comparisons.  hendrix was out there, doing stuff to a guitar nobody had ever thought of, he was an outright musical genius. upside down guitar anyone? dans guitar work is dripping with gritty character and technical chops, but its his take on something that many before him have done.
