Wow, you did great. I had to use a star and penguin to get through this. You get a free guy at the end of the star power if you do it right. At those 4 plants I threw ice and it takes them out, then I went back for that fire flower.

Soul Silver in my opinion is a longer game than New Super Mario Bros. Wii. NSMBW is fun but can get boring after getting all Star Coins and getting everything.

@Japancommercials4U2 This game can get boring. I can not beat 9-7 all i have to get is the 3rd star coin in 9-6 and beat 9-7 and i beat the game but 9-7 is hard as hell lol 9-7 should be 9-8 The first 3 mario bros arent boring neither is mario 64

9-7 is definitely the hardest.... it took me about 30 lives but I finally got it.

Keep trying, you'll get it eventually.

You make this level look so goshdarn easy in this video, although I'm certain you cut out a crapload of failures and just gave us the one success for the video, for the sake of brevity. ;)

I have lost at least a dozen lives just trying to beat it and another dozen trying to get the first Star Coin. I don't yet have the nerve to try for the other two. :(

Lies. There is so a World 9 and 9-7. You beat the game to get World 9. Then you get all of the Star Coins in World 7 to unlock 9-7.

That was a triple jump. While running, jump, then as soon as you land push 2 again then you'll do a double jump. Push 2 as soon as you land again and you'll do a triple jump.
