So do you actually use your strength to hit the bag? isn't it supposed to release your hand and let it naturally fall onto the bag? cause looks like you're actually hitting it. When I practice I raise up my arm and release my hand, let it fall onto the bag naturally. Am I correct?
Yes it does put pressure on elbow. Then after thousands of strikes with the ridge hand your elbow will become stronger. I have Meidial Epicondilitis another words Golfer elbow I have had operation to help fix elbow. Pain and inflamation is on the inner elbow and I have worked around this. My elbows are stronger and getting even stronger all the time. I am 53 years old and not a problem.
Interesting, in your situation its almost as if you have "nothing to lose" but some people are not taught this and get too exuberant then complain a few laters about a long term issue. I have congenital rhumatoid issues as I am a water sign (rhumatism is dampness in the joints) my fingers look like bamboo I even crack my fingers sideways (dont ask). Is this what alex tao teaches in his videos?

Hi, I heard that you have to apply Dit Da Jow before and after training, so if I don't use it, is the training gonna turn out useless?

On that strike, if you drop down into a low stance and bend the elbow it won't put pressure on the joint.
