This is how the majority of the population are being treated. They are delibrately deprived of decent jobs cs they are not from the ruler's sect. In recent turmoil in bahrain saudi and UAE forces were immediately sent to crush those who only demanded equal rights at par with minority belonging to the ruler sext.
