Buyitsellit : poor customer service,ignored emails, fails to connect. As I am writing,I my shop page does not come up either with Firefox or IE.

The last time I pointed that out to 'customer service' , Tomas asked 'oh, is it still happening?'

What a stupid question.I have then emailed back with and he didn't bother to write anymore. I hate this kind of customer service where your seller is just someone who can't do his job properly.
