This really isn't so bad. It seems like they did exactly what they were trying to do, whereas I'd bestow the title of "Worst Band Ever" to a band that tried to do sound a certain way but failed miserably.

It's weird, and very odd, but if you listen to it they play it perfectly like it's all in time, and they all play when necessary...it's like odd...I don't hate it.

I can't say I really like it, but they're definitely not bad. The percussion parts are pretty intricate and took a lot of practice, and there's a coherence to it all. Like you said, they play when necessary. It's not like they're supposed to be playing an easy going 4/4 but they can't stay on beat. I probably wouldn't buy their CD, since I'm just not into it, but as a musician myself, I recognize that they have actual talent and an artistic viewpoint.
