A guy I work with said he saw them in a bar in the 70s. The lead singer, Pepe was wearing a cape and top hat. My drunken coworker and his buddy tied table clothes around themselves and proceeded to steal Pepe's hat-following this, they ran around the bar for a while. Once this got boring he said he then actually picked Pepe up; He pleaded to be put down. Given the mans size I feel pretty bad for him. Needles to say my coworker was ejected tossed out However, he did say they put on a great show.

The crowed at this gig sucked they were making too much noise talking and walking around I only wish I would had been there I would had grabbed a mic and told all those people to show some respect for one of the greatest song of all times

One of the greatest pop songs of all time. That tall blond does a great job. Not easy to sound that good live. This is a great example of why this country sucks now, an uplifting song like this wouldn't have any meaning in this greedy, kill middle America abyss we're currently in. I'd cut off an arm to go back to these days.

This band played at my wedding in June 2011 and they were SO GREAT. They made our reception so wonderful, our guests of all ages were up and dancing the whole time. Everyone is saying it was the most fun wedding they can remember. My wife and I have seen a lot of other bands, some big name ones, high end DJs, etc and we'd recommend Alive n Kickin over every one of them. From Jackson Five to Alicia Keyes to the classical music they played at the ceremony to Tighter and Tighter, THE BEST!

I take that back .... the lead (male) singer doesn't look that young up close. But, the girl looks too young, as do some of the others in the band, to have had a hit in 1970.
