Unfortunately, that was not what he was doing. He was challenging the legality of the ordinance. You do that in court. Even then, he won't have much luck. "Common law" has been replaced almost a century ago by codes, statutes, and ordinances which embody it and make it easier to apply and be more consistent.

@greywolf424 hardly someone offered money for proof. I have proof, and i want the money. Simple as that. I am simply accepting an offer presented by another youtuber. The money would have to be in escrow, and exact terms defining proof would have to be negotiated. For example, the reasons the case was dismissed was as a result of challenging statutes and breaches of procedures. The dismissal only mentioned that part, that being exceeding staturory powers of service/breach of legal procedures.

so the case was dismissed because they made so many errors (as a matter of S.O.P.) willfully and negligently that it was a turkey shoot for me. I even, while the motion was being argued by the alleged defendant, blurted out "ha, this is a joke" from the gallery and no one bothered me. Of course before going through security we both said "I don't mind going through the security check, but I won't be waiving any of my rights today nor am I granting any jurisdiction to you, do you understand?"

so there was no ruling on the part of the motion that dealt with fictional entities, right to travel, etc. It could be argued that those arguments didn't win the case, which I might even agree with. However, only because we're both sovereigns were we in there shooting turkeys in court. Because SOVEREIGNS KNOW WHO THEY ARE and HOW TO HANDLE THEIR OWN LEGAL AFFAIRS!
So the victory was definitely a "sovereign" win when considered that way.
