  • A pleasure from the first Second to the very last - Peter at his personal best.

Do check out the "Grand Prix of Gibralta" it's like nothing else you know.

    I am AtSatisHouse

  • Timeless and enjoyable no matter how many times you view this show. Simply one of the funniest men ever.

  • Well, she's a rare beauty, with intelligence in her eyes and charm from head to foot. Thanks for the reply.

  • Love the Siegfried story - "Look solemn"

  • He had that rare gift of being hilarious but without losing one bit of dignity. I never looked at him as a clown even when he was doing visual humour.

  • agricola53....Many, many thanks. I think she's just a peach! Lovely, angelic face. Thank you for being thoughtful. Tom

  • Who is the woman sitting behind Ted Heath in the audience in this? Green and purple striped sweater -- she's the most gorgeous woman I have ever seen!!!

  • @icarusdescending881 I think it's actress Jan Francis.

  • @icarusdescending881 Her name is Jan Francis - an actress, not very well known as she is rarely seen on TV.

  • what year was this? The impression of a Bach Cantata was genius.

  • what year was this?

  • What year was this?

  • Great actor!

But putting Jesus in the same boat with Karl Marx is an UTTER false dichotomy.

  • Hi again. Why do Episodes 2, 3 and 5 not work. They only run for the first minute or so. Could you correct this, as I am dying to watch them. Thanks. Mark

  • Like I always say...Entertainers should not be allowed to comment on politics. They have no grasp of life for us NORMAL people that work for a living, and they constantly have little or no understanding of reality.

  • @James13838 Nonsense, Ustinov was not a mere "Entertainer". He was a polymath.

  • Such a totally brilliant man and you have to wonder he did not seem to know that Ted Heath was in fact a traitor. Perhaps though, he did.

  • @WhereEaglesDareWWII Perhaps the fact that the Russians killed 70 million of their own people under Lenin and a few others is forgotten also. One thinks of the Estonian race who were starved to death on the whim of that maniac, for example.

  • Het is jammer dat deze grote acteur niet meer is,

  • suggest people read The Gift Of Laughter by John Miller, a biography of the great man :)

  • Wow! In my forties and all I got from Mr. Peter Ustinov up until now was an image of a large man in a toga.

Looks as though I'll have to re-visit this talented man's body of work... Thank you.

  • Thank you, Count! As a small boy on a mountain in Colorado I watched Peter Ustinov on Jack Paar and laughed until I was sick. Loved Krummnagle and everything else. Now I'm in my sixties and thanks to you, Sir, I am able to laugh with him again. A Genius and a truly good man! Thank you.

  • I cannot thank you enough for posting this.

  • Was that Stephen Fry in the end credits?

  • @theicyridge

    It was indeed.

  • Thank you for all these: a wonderful man, and certainly one of the funniest of the last century.

  • alas the..the sentiments at 5:48
