@MrCubaquem you, sir, enjoy what pleases you, and let others enjoy what pleases them. Perhaps the song mentioned the South? I don't think its the same south (as in the southern US states) the song is named after. I'm also pretty sure the gays won't be too happy being labeled as viennese waltz dancing people. Enjoy what you like! That's what makes music universal! A million+ different ways of putting the same sounds together to create something entirely different! Think about it...

Just ignore the troll who goes by Cubaquem. He cannot even form proper sentences. His "music" will be soon forgotten, but Strauss and Co. has endured for 150+ years. He is, of course, entitled to his opinions, but you will never be able to convince such people of the value of looking at issues from different perspectives.

The legacy of the Golden Age of Vienna and Johann Strauss has fallen to Andre Rieu,a dutchman,he has done more to re popularize viennese music than anyone since Robert Stolz,I always used to think that you had to be Viennese born and bred to play this music,but i was wrong,Andre Rieu has the real feeling for this music.
