The government decides what stocks go up in value and what stocks go down in value. And if you make millions on thier stock market - you will pay a steep tax - as will the companies that you have bought stock from - their value goes DOWN!!!! It is not a "value" type market - it is completely controlled by the government!!!

I'm confused - is this video's message that a communist system is wonderful? It shows the communist Chinese as happy and technologically savvy. I thought we are being warned, by the capitalist purists, that any kind of government involvement leads to failure and misery. America must live within its means, and not to leave debt to our youth. Each generation used to leave the next a better standard of living by being industrious. Now we use debt to achieve it. It must be earned by creating and making things that help the world be more productive. By creating the most business-friendly laws and supporting only the truly needy, we can grow our economy and avoid leaving our youth with crushing debt, giving them a chance to compete for a good standard of living.

All i know is nobody but ourselves created muti-trillion dollar deficit and meaningless ideological debate. I don't need Congress and the House to create drama, for that I have TNT and Netflix. All I can hope is they can stop funding whatever policies, agencies, programs, projects that are no longer working and focus on changing people's attitude about adapt to change and creates more job openings. After all, it is not survival the strongest, but the survival of fittest.

The latest cost for both wars is between four and six trillion dollars when you factor in ALL of the costs. The stimulus was only $780 million 91 percent of that has been alloted, but only a third of it has been spent. Remember, $288 billion of that is budgeted tax cuts, whereas NONE of the Bush tax cuts were ever paid for. Those will cost an additional $3 trillion over ten years if extended. There just isn't enough space here to give you an economics lesson...

Now they build everything with low cost labor in a union-free environment with a devalued currency. China is already out of the worldwide recession and continues to finance our debt. Deng said that "We will cross the river by stepping on one pebble at at time until we get to the other side". They are accumulating our debt and becoming our landlord. The Chinese have operated under the philosophy of gradualism since Deng came to power in the early 80's and the industrialization of China began. They planned their entire internal infrastructure to support this 50 year plan including economic manufacturing sectors where goods would be produced and exported. Western companies flocked to China to build their plants to tap the Chinese market so that the goods could be produced with their labor content. We created this export machine.
