If I film a race with my little sister riding my R1 and I beat her with my 1988 YSR 50 cc does it mean the YSR is faster too?

This was a top speed run for the car.
The bike matched he car up to the point where it was just about topped out and the car kept going.
This car is now being rebuilt with new engine internals and bigger turbos so it should be even better in future....

@lamattitude if your in this discussion.. you should know that all mercedes(german cars) is electronically stopped at 155mph. But if i used the same amount as he did with this volvo, it would not break a sweat to reach 190..

@MisterWittur: Wouldn't make any difference what so ever. There's NO chance a 1000cc bike makes enough power and TQ to make up for drag at those speeds, when compared to a car making over 1000+hp at the wheels. There are several videos of several cars with the same power/weight ratio all over YouTube, spanking Busas, Gixxers, etc etc etc. Unless the bike is turbocharged and fully built, it's gonna get beat.

The people saying this is fake obviously know NOTHING about that car. That Volvo has a twin-turbo LS1 and makes close to 1,000hp at about 30psi. Check the owner's posts on LS1 Tech.

@errortype21 Oh really? plenty of more power? so i guess the gauges redlining doesn't mean a thing these days now does it. you right i was wrong. the 2010 r1 has a 4cy engine with a 12,500 rpm red line with a top speed of 187 so obviously this 2004 model topping out at 183 had PLENTY of power left huh? And you think no car can out accelerate a bike? you've never even been toa drag race huh? or any race for that matter. please keep your ignorance all too yourself. We would rather you not share it

@paradox111490 he wasnt redlining you bellend, and even if he had of been he would have had another gear left. the 04 r1 is one of the quickest r1's i think youll find. the newer r1's are limited to that speed, a few mods on the older ones put there top speed over 200mph. stop googling the r1 specs it dont impress anyone. been to plenty of drag races. it depends entirely on how far your taking this obviously a full on drag car will beat a bike but legal roadgoing normal vehicles wont beat bikes.
