@GrantCucio No it does not comne with charger and batteries. The electronics you get is an ESC and a standard 540 can motor. You have to also buy a servo for the steering

It is not that fast. The Kit has a standard 27t motor....which is good for a starter but will not be
enough when you want to join racing events.....

@mrgeesea ; No it not to dificult. If you're very new to building your own kit.....you should not be in a hurry.
The Tamiya manual is quite detailed and easy to follow.....
