It's not that amazing. His pronunciation is way off so he obviously hasn't spent much time on it. He only says whatever he needs to say to sell his stuff, which is simple memorization. He probably speaks 3-4 languages fluently like a typical Indian living in a city.

You might know something in each of them, but I wouldn't go as far as saying you speak them. Definitely not Spanish. As a native speaker of both English and Spanish (Madrileño), I can assure you that 'digo 9 lenguas' does not sound very correct. 'Digo' means more specifically 'I say' and 'lengua' isn't really used in that context, you'd be better to use 'idioma'

He probably only knows a few words in all those languages, in order to sell, but he definitely is very smart, it's so sad his mind will be wasted.
