Army ROTC does not pay for room and board, and you have to be selected to receive a scholarship. It's not like you just come and sign up and BAM they give you a full ride.
@Da808gamerz its super hard to get into mcrotc which is really nrotc.. i tried getting into it and i was told you have to have a's and b's most of your highschool carreer and then like a 29 act If you just wanna be an officer enlist in the marines as a reserve and then you get the gi bill

Yes, it is simply through the navy Rotc.

yup. you have to go with the Navy ROTC and request the Marine Corp option
