@ShadeRage2007 so there's 2 cases ... case a - the oil already spilled comes ashore - they succeed in plugging the leak - months later, berms finished - too late, the oils ashore case b - the oil comes ashore - the can't plug the leaks for months - 100s of billions of gallons spill - berms r finished & useless against 100s of billions of gallons - that much oil, spilling for months would wreck the ecosystem so, either way, jindals berms are just a political stunt pray the leak are plugged

Design a collar that can fitted around the pipe that we pump on LIN liquid Nitrogen this should freeze the oil in the line causing a plug where you could work on the other exposed pipe to plug the leak, DO this after it works and I have saved some of our wetlands I want one thing A MDI dome home sure we are not under contract but I am not any closer to getting a dome this way.

i found out the corps of eng says that the process of dredging and building sand barriers would take months, providing protection only after all the oil damage was done, like installing sprinklers after the house burns down
