I am a Bassist at an art school in Brooklyn, NY called Brooklyn High School of the Arts. I've been playing bass since early 2010- now 2011. Even freshman at my school who've only been bassist for a few months makes this guy look like a joke.

I've been playing bass for two years... My teacher would kill him for the way he's holding his bow. She spent months with me just to make sure I had the different angles down for changing strings and the proper way to shift your bow. Holy crap this video bugs me.

@xxangelsilencex Well he has a French bow, and that is the correct way to hold a french bow. However, you may be familiar with a German bow, like I am (it's far more comfortable in my opinion), and that requires a different bow hold.

@Ally8pie i like german bows also because the u instead of the little space in the french bow but either one is easy to use
