This has been a HUGE frustration for me and the company that I work for.
I completely agree with needing that type of restriction, however you take it one step further and restrict only ONE account to 'all access' and the other options do not fit our needs... PLUS restrict the number of accounts that can access to two (before paying for additional) REALLY? pay more for less access? What is the thought process?
Great feature--except that it is an excuse for AGAIN charging more for less service... shame on you for limiting number of persons who access to two, especially for a Professional level member.
@ustamp4fun ...To make this new system work effectively, and be able to track Users once logged in, we needed to restrict access per login seat to one at a time. We understand that any additional fees are never viewed positively, but our User Seat License prices are competitive and we believe justified for the extra security and control this feature offers. Thank you for your comments, we appreciate everyone’s opinions.
While our previous log-in process allowed for multiple people to access an account using the same login credentials, there weren’t any controls for restricting or monitoring a user’s behavior - resulting in a greater number of potential security risks. The number one request we’ve received from merchants consistently over the past few years has been to provide a better system to allow multiple users to login without having to share the root account login information...
All we are asking for is to allow a second user 'all access' and then you can monitor all you wish and let us do our work.
