Dude, Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta is not a "what if." Everytime Vegeta turns Super Saiyan 4, Vegeta turns Super Saiyan 3 for a brief second or two and turns Super Saiyan 4. I think they should've put in Super Saiyan 4 in Raging Blast 2, and it should be for all the Saiyans that can turn Super Saiyan.
