@fendermac thanks paul it is coming up on 3 years since i joined the internet and you tube. you where the first person i subscribed to, little did i know how great a friend you would become. we love music and people, especially good people.
may we have many years of making music ahead of us.
Hey Rich, I enjoy everything you do. This is no exception. BTW, I read your reply to BoB's comment. I've seen Dylan three times, and I've gotta say, I could understand all the lyrics every time. He sang pretty well, I thought.
@Mendips251 thanks bob a couple of years back i got to hear dylan in concert at the chicago theatre. as i was standing in front of the theater 2 homeless folk stood in front saying look at all these crazy folks going to hear this guy and he can't even sing. true to that i could barely understand the words when he sang but he will always be a legend to us that try to be song writer's.
great song, hadn't heard this one before.. and we are definitely all servants in one way or another.. i think the key may be serving the right people?
I love it, Rich. Great lyrics, ain't it? The old Bob always has got something clever to tell... and rhyme. "...serve somebody..." (I love harmonies in this song, too).
5600 well earned views. Well done, great voice. Really enjoyed this!

glad you like this one. it was quite a job keeping
all those lyrics going without too many mistakes.
bob's brain must have quite a bit in it to remember
all those lyrics to so many gem's he wrote.
may you and noy equally have a peaceful week ahead.

This is literally the best cover of this song I could find on YouTube. Excellent work, bro.
NearbyPlovis 5 months ago
@NearbyPlovis thanks np
i remember writing out the lyrics on two sheets of paper and then recording
once with a few flubs here and there and i said if i try to rerecord it may have
even more mistakes so i let it go on first take. i find that great songwriters
write lyrics that just flow off your tongue and certainly bob dylan follows
that style with his lyrics. i really lucked out with this performance. thanks
once again for your ears.
