How the hell does that deserve a lawsuit and firing? They asked him to get out of the car, for THERE safety cuz he would not do anything they asked. Then he would not put his hands behind his back so they were forced to make him. No brutality whatsoever. You people are idiots. Try being a cop for a day with your life on the line.

Some people really slay me. Why the hell would anyone argue or refuse to follow directions from a person who has the authority to take you into custody, has handcuffs, a taser, a gun and can kick the crap out of you (and most likely will) if you refuse to comply. I've asked this question to every jerk that I've charged with resisting arrest. Never gotten a valid answer. Makes no difference if you think the cop is right or wrong. Aviod an ass kicking when you can. Watch the Chris Rock video.
