  • Ha Blues is wearing a Pantera shirt!

  • saw this bunch w/ Baker the nite we invaded Panama; Jack was pissed...

  • このツアー、クラブ・チッタ川崎で見たよ。

  • Blues is a guitar god! Nuff said!

  • anybody who wants to hear how hot blues saraceno is .....look up and listen to a song called...(chewing on crayons) he is an extremely hot guitar player on some things..... but on others he can be a little dissappointing.

  • It's nice to see that Jack is staying loyal to the Blues... Blues Saraceno of course, Mother Fuckers! Check out Saraceno's solo at 4:17... Hendrix reincarnated??? (Fuckin' sick!!!)

  • I thought it was Bryan Adams on drums.. rsrsr ;)

  • WHY did jack get that idiot to play guitar for him in the early 90's? if varney had a hand in making this happen, someone should bound & gag the fool for life, because this has to be some of THE most lame & insensitive guitarin' to/over legendary music i've ever heard. UN-believable. thanx dougie...

  • @badmuddy I humbly disagree. I don't think Varney could have chosen a better player for this gig than Saraceno. Paul Gilbert, Tony Macalpine, Vinnie Moore??? Yngwie??? No way!!! Saraceno capatured the late '60s, early 70s vibe better than those cats could have... IMHO

  • @phrygian3rd Could have chose me though...

  • @phrygian3rd i think jack would have been MUCH served by choosing from a diff stable than the varney-shred bunch. i would have loved to see scott henderson do it, for one. for a more authentic approach, todd rundgren sounded amazing doing cream tunes with jack on ringo's tour. lyle workman would have been a MUCH better choice. even blues saraceno TODAY would've sounded better than he did back then...

  • @badmuddy

Jack chose Blues coz he's one amazing axe slinger. He also happens to have one of the most extraordinary tone this world has ever heard!

Blues Saraceno was never a Varney guy. Never in his entire life has he been associated with Shrapnel Records. Mike Varney has got nothing to do with Blues playing alongside Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker.

    Blues was a personal choice.

  • hear a little slashness in there

  • blues saraceno is fuckin´ amazing!!

  • I enjoy Uli Roth with Jack Bruce on White Room. To me it's so tasty compared to Sereceno. He just seems so frantic all the time...makes me nervous listening to him.

  • Saraceno is a terrific musician but he was the wrong guy here. The solos don't feel the same but I wished I could play like Blues does. I think he was 19 at this time.

  • blues has got serious chops!!!!

  • perfect performance from jack bruce and the drummer. almost perfect by blues... i really don't like those solo notes on the intro. i think the whole chord fits better

  • Pistoia Blues 1993

  • Nice shirt!!

  • No - it's definitely Gary Husband! :)

  • hate that "overvibrato" for the 5/4 part .. the rest is tasty

  • woof jack bruce looks scary as hell in this.

  • this concert sounds better than cream did on at RAH in 2005 LOL

  • This guitarist continue and Eric go ret?! okay?

  • It's Keith Emerson on drums! :D

  • No, it's Gary Husband!

  • I know. I was just being silly.

  • Comment removed

  • @phs9452 If seen Jack Bruce with Gary Husband in 2009,and this drummer is real GARY HUSBAND!

  • Sorry--that is not Simon Phillips!!!

  • oh no! He's Blues Saraceno... look the guitar

  • i was there that night...jeff healey band played after them and at the end called jb for a jam..he came out in his boxer shorts:-)then they gave to jeff's bassman a jumbo guitar and made him stay sitting at the bottom of the stage: he had some real bass to listen to...

  • White room is terrible wothout Eric Clapton.

  • White Room is Terrible without Cream.

  • exactly.

  • Cream is terrible without Jack Bruce :-)

  • lol, everybodies joining in. but it's true, most of claptons versions of sunshine, crossroads, and white room were lackluster compared to what he had in Cream. With Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker. :)

  • Cream means CREAM!

  • w/o Jack Bruce there is No Cream

  • Joe you get it. Peace.

  • lol

  • Great guitar and drums, true to the spirit of Wheels Of Fire, which was not about less is more.

  • I think the fact that blues is wearing a pantera T shirt realy highlights how a true musician is apreciative of all forms of music. rock on blues.

  • I think the fact that blues is wearing a pantera T shirt realy highlights how a true musician is apreciative of all forms of music. rock on blues.

  • I noticed the shirt too, I read that Dimebag had a tattoo of blues on his leg.

  • Wasnt blues with Poison for about 5 years and they didnt make an album then CC came back and blues was released?

seems to be a good player

  • That was Richie Kotzen

  • from wikipedia. In 1994, he filled in as lead guitarist for Poison, after guitarist Richie Kotzen was fired. Saraceno's playing was recorded for the Poison album Crack a Smile. However, he was replaced for the return of the band's original guitarist, C. C. DeVille. The album was later released under the name Crack a Smile... And More, and includes fifteen tracks recorded by Saraceno and five songs taken from the band's old recordings featuring DeVille

  • Very good.I did not know that..Have you heard Kotzens solo stuff? Tremendous stuff..

  • ill look into it

  • ...one of the few today´s real guitar players w/his own tone... thats´a big thing to tell nowadays... Blues rules!!!...

  • Blues Dude sounds good , like Micheal Knuts or Randy California . What happended to him ?

Jack Bruce has played with so many people over the years , Manfred Man on. I read he is on his second Liver, the Cream reunion DVD is the best bang for the buck out there.Get the '05 Fresh Cream version ,they got better since '68!

  • jack bruce rocks blues is a very good guitar player jack wouldnt have picked him if he wasent the sound quality dosent do them justice

  • Blues is a really talented musician. to all the "nagatives" commenting here, I say you're just jealous! ;-)

  • I think Blues did a damn good job!

  • @greatblue ME TOOOOO!!

  • I'm sure jack didn't mind the other musicians... gave him more room for his 'lead bass' style.

  • i think it has a lot to do with the recording too. i kinda of like the drummer and guitar. jack seems to be having some trouble but pretty good over all. :)

  • Kick ass.

  • i think blues' solo is very tasteful. great guitar player and an even greater song.

  • Awesome performance!, great vid, thank you.

  • Saraceno shouldve learned that "Less is more"!

  • Blues was only 17 at this time. Can't we cut hime some slack.

FWIW I think he's bloody marvellous. Of all the young guitar dudes he epitomises the fact that tone is all in the fingers.

  • Nope.. Blues was 22 in this vid. I'm a big fan doh.. He's great!

  • Haha saraceno pantera t shirt

  • I was there!

  • Cool suit.

  • jack bruce my influince in my bass playing,my music, and my life

  • Blues Saraceno, super player!

  • Great Jack Bruce!!!!
