As for speed I personally think this a worse drug, as it lasts much longer and (i believe) has even more addictive potential. It also comes in varying degrees of potency so you never know what you are getting. As for speedballs I've never touched Heroin and never intend to..let alone mixing it with speed to make speedballs.
