This speaker supports medical marijuana. He disparages the BEHAVIOR of the MMJ users at these collectives, and we would all agree that such behavior deserves not just criticism but appropriate legal measures. Law should concentrate on the miscreants rather than the businesses that potentially attract them.

Well said grub. Not every dispensary is a good neighbor. However most of the ones I have visited seem to be very cooperative with surrounding businesses and neighbors. I don't believe in too many collectives in one area....but if someone is being a nuisance then they need to shape up and get their act together or just close-up shop.
