This video inspired me to dump the Flare Gun for a while and use the Detonator again. I couldn't get past how small the blast radius is and I usually ended hitting people with it so I thought I was better off with flares ... or maybe I can't time my shots :/. Either way, I'm definitely going to give the gun another chance. I like guns that solve practical problems :D I also like the choice of music.

Does the detonator always damage yourself when you detonate it? I can't seem to find a definate answer

@xQueenQueef Only if you are inside of the explosion's radius. If you shoot it at an enemy player and detonate it near them, and you are NOT within the explosion, you do not take damage.

That badlands jump from the crag to the spiral up to point 2 is hard even with the attendant. I couldn't manage it.

@ElegeantFencer Heh, nothing like that. It's a feature of the Detonator, it's a new flaregun for pyro that uses exploding flares.

Nice work, though with Detonator + Jockey set you are making yourself deal really crappy damage. Powerjack is inferior to the axetinguisher, detonator damage is inferior to flaregun damage (without the bug), degreaser is inferior to the other flamethrowers without the flaregun/axe.

@ForeverDorian My goal is to simply show how the tools can be used. If an ambitious Pyro decides to make a full blown trick-jumping video using the loadout, he is welcome to it. I am simply here to show what's possible.
