Ms Paint. It's a basic program on older computers. I wouldn't suggest editing/recoloring anymore. I don't do it anymore, because it is art theft. The only reason why I keep these videos up is because I made an effort on them. Not the pictures, the video. I find editing to be very lazy. I only draw now. :3 But I'm fine with it if you do it. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion.
