I speak Dutch, German and English fluently. A bit French and did pick up some words in Portugese, Polish and Spanish while on tour, but that is not much.
@ABrandsma Een Nederlander dus. Betekent zeker dat je (zoals de meeste Nederlanders) Nederlands, steenkolenengels en een beetje Duits kent. But why let facts get in the way of a common facade?
Dixieland Crackerjacks still have first place in my CD player. The band sounds great and hope your family is healthy and happy. Tell the guy from the midwest to come and visit NC for one of our shows, assuming of course he means midwest USA. HA HA
Well, in fact we never really got the idea, but it slowly developped.
We started out with tp, altosax, banjo, drums/wb and sousaphone.
At a certain point the sousaphone player was not available anymore and we had not really a suitable replacement. Around that time we discovered Selena on trombone, so I simply switched to bass saxophone then in the interest of the band.
I would love the chance to play in a band like this, I play the bass trombone.

This is wonderful rendition! If anyone listening to these guys is not tapping their feet, they better check their pulse, cause they might be dead.

I heard this at HKDL.
Maybe one day you guys will be there marching up and down playing this together with the soundtrack that plays there.

How many different languages can you speak? I see you speaking several different languages in your different videos. Quite impressive!
