Thats not ducking thats called being smart. Pac is the man, he earned it through his fights and now if you want to det-hrone him, you have to meet him on his turf. Pac has done nothing but move up in weight, chaseing a dream then becoming P4P. Why should he still have to prove himself? he did it already. If Mosely moves down in weight and takes out Pac, that would make Mosley the Best hands down, But Mosely is smart too, he wants Pac to move up, so who is ducking who?

Or since Mosley won't move down, he's ducking Pac. That is the whole arguement. P4P title right now is in the lower weight division, if Mosley wants it so bad, move down and take it from Pac. Or is Mosley scared? I highly doubt Mosley is scared, but they are both smart . Lets not forget Mosley's past use (or unknowingly using Balco steriods). It's not about P4P, if I was Mosley, I wouldn't even be thinking of that, as it's just a hand-me-down crown at the moment and the real owner is now back in the sport. Mosley should probably continue his campaign to get a Mayweather fight as Roach / Pacquiao want none of Mosley.

Actually its the fact that you say he's ducking Mosley and not see it as a road being traveled in both ways. The Pac camp has since 2008 stated if they beat Hatton they want PBF, so because there focus is somewhere else, they are ducking a fighter? Angles in punching are fundamental. His circles open up the angles to drop bombs. Turning an opponent opens up the whole body that's why every fighter tries to turn a fighter. So I see you abandoned the Mosley thing and now your on the PBF thing and saying P4P is a paper title, PBF has the same opinion. PBF had a hard time with Zab's speed and a southpaw stance. Pac is quicker and stronger than Zab, I would say Pac wins the fight by KO in the l8 rounds. Im done talking boxing with you.

Cotto > Shane > Margarito > Cotto

Again I don't think Pac is avoiding him, Roach says they would fight either fighter.Not to mention Mosley even came in to the picutre after Pac already said he wanted PBF in 2008. You and every other true boxing fan know, that the DLH fight is meaningless. There no excuse about it, he literally was dehydrated and Roach knew this, which is why they made the fight- Roach knows DLH and what he can do in the gym, he seized an opportunity.

Pac called DLH out and had him at 147 still no "MAD PROPS" almost everyone had PAC losing to DLH and still no "MAD PROPS?" Of course Manny gets props for that, never said he didn't- regardless of Oscar not conditioning correctly. I guess you would be right about Cotto, although the Nevada Athletic State Commission reviewed recordings of the wraps at the Cotto fight and found no foul play... (Case evidence for CASC)

See thats the beauty when your on top, you don't need to call out people because you are the target. JMM has been thinkning about this with his camp for a long time knowing this would be away to get back at the Pac camp to talk about a third fight.
And as for recording of wraps, video footage and real life inspections are two different things. They can not for a 100% certinty say for a definitive fact that the wraps were legal, because they are looking at a video.

I agree with you. I have about 4 interviews of Roach saying he's so confident Pac can beat Oscar, yet he said guys like Valero, Guzman, and a rematch with Marquez are very risky.
Who in their right mind would have ever thought those 3 fighters would be more difficult than an icon like Oscar? It's because Roach knew Oscar would be easy to beat like a corpse at 147 because he would have lost every advantage he had.
It was a fraud of a fight, but one I can understand due to the money involved.

Actually, Roach was the first man who said Oscar was dehydrated. He said it before the right when he met Oscar at the track. He said they knew they won the fight before it even started.
He said anyone can beat Oscar, he even joked and said, "Even I could beat him", referring to himself, Roach.
Those are not excuses, those are reasons. Beating a drained Oscar proved nothing, he couldn't even decisively beat Marquez at 130, who I thought beat Pac twice.

Pacquiao is not a 120 or 125 lb fighter. He has weighed 144 - 147 in the ring for the past few years, just as Mayweather has.
Floyd fought a 167lb version of Oscar, who was ranked #1 at light middleweight with the official WBC title.
Pac fought a 145lb drained version who was non-ranked without any title.
Both Floyd and Pac entered the ring at 148.

He won't fight Mosley at 147 because Mosley can make 147 without draining his body.
Oscar was a light middleweight and Roach had him drain down to 145 which took everything out of him which made him a zombie.
Roach will have Pacquiao fight Kelly Pavlik if the agreed weight was 147. Pavlik would enter the ring looking like a cancer patient with HIV.
The weight is not what Roach is worried about, it's the condition of the opponent. He wants to weaken them as much as possible.

Key word being Roach "made him drain down" its the fighters responsibility along with the trainers to establish a catch weight that both can agree on. NO ONE PUT A GUN TO OSCAR'S HEAD AND SAID DROP WEIGHT. I personally think Pac beat JMM twice, but i think everyone I know is split either way. As for the Oscar fight being a fraud fight, Pac was the underdog in every casino out their, on most boxing critics cards and even the youtube viewers. A win is a win any day of the week
