Whether it's fake or not, I couldn't imagine anyone truly marketing a game/toy that included liquid nitrogen. Imagine the product safety issues--kids losing fingers etc. :-)

Anyway, if it's not fake, it's awesome. I'm guessing the control has to be in the track though, which raises a question about independent operation.

@dbuggridbug Vapor is caused by the Liquid Nitrogen they pumped into the "car". Need the cold temperature to make it work. Search youtube for Quantum Levitation, you'll find a bunch of stuff that explains it.

Magnetic Levitation makes the levitating object gradually lose speed, so they must recover speed constantly. You also need a proper track laid out with magnets for the levitating object to properly float.

@dbuggridbug vapor trails is just condensation, if i'm not mistaken and understood the concept correctly, you "freeze" the magnet causing it to get stuck in the 3D space above the second, static magnet.

due to the magnetic field forming arched waves for the north to the south pole, the "frozen" magnet does not move closer or farther away from it.

and again, please correct me if i'm wrong, this is purely based on footage i've seen on quantum levitation. I don't have a physics degree.

They may be stuck at a fixed vertical distance from the track, but they're NOT stuck in one 3D point in space. Hence the trails.
