  • @rahikalhasan21 to be honest, every diet works. Thats why they exist. Just some are more efficient than others. Any diet is better than none.

  • Hi! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my sister lost a ton of weight with it.

  • @avatarcollides2day 1 cup after boiling bc it absorbs water and expands some. If before boiling, it's 1/2 cup.

  • @killernight755 working out on an empty stomach is just because I don't line loading up on food until after I workout. The white potato gives an insulin response in the body and immediately restores lost glycogen levels from muscles within the 3 hr window after a workout. You dont want an insulin response any other time bc that means fat storage. Sorry for not getting too specific, but I do take fish oils and cook with olive oil.

  • @ljm0525 I would suggest that you break you caloric goal down into 5-6 meals and strictly eat every three hours. If you can do this consistently day in and day out you won't feel like you are starving and will be less likely to pig out. Dieting is going to take some dedication. Just keep reminding yourself what you will look like in the end.

  • im trying to diet and lose weight , i only need to lose about 15 to 20 pounds and im 16 years old but for some reason i cant commit to a diet, can u give some suggestion on how to stay commited to a diet?

  • @SirNova2o9 most likely you just need to lose more weight. For that check out my Fat Loss Diet Plan video and all my other vids. If you are already thin and a bit flabby you are going to need to eat healthy like in this video and lift weights to tone up. It will take time, but you have to stick to it.
