The speech was given by Zima Stormhammer after the 300th or so wipe to M'uru. I wish I could say we killed the boss immediately after that, but sadly we wiped for an additional month until killing it just after the first nerf.

Zima later was given WoW collectable steins from Blizzard for his dedication to the dwarven race.
