@sportigirlz its called a 'finger rest" its mainly used for air brushing to rest the clients hand or finger .. I got it at one of my local nail suppliers.. you can look online ebay or some site like that . they are inexpensive about 1 dollar or so. hope it helps

I saw this vid via the new gurus contest, great idea - will this work for short nails? and did u use a makeup sponge at the start? I like the black and sparkles bit alone ,that's soo cute. Think ill try that,dont think my hands are good/nice enough for the gems haha - great video :)

@Queenofmynamesucks Hi . this will work on short nails you can make the black french outline smaller and carry the glitter up. I used a makeup sponge at the beginning yes. And even short nails can carry this look if you alter it a little. Like you can also paint the entire nail black and apply the glitter on top..add rhinestones and the dangles and you are done.That's the beauty about nail art you can take any design and transform it the way you like. Do the long dangled nail charms stay on just with a top coat like you did? Cause I always have to drill holes in my nails to use charms and I hate it

How do you keep the rhinestones on your skin from coming off?

@nvd2ceb4 they are there more for the look of the design.. they will stay on if you don't have to touch anything or wash your hands. if you are at a party and don't have to cook or clean but otherwise they come off like false eyelashes. they are held with eye lash glue
