on your sit spin try to snap your arm and leg faster and NEVER bend over at the waist sit tall and low also try to angle your free foot out and point your toe in your boot. Also try to do a proper entrance into it a good start is a good finish when you are done bring it into a scratch spin and do a landing.

is that a sitspin or a broken leg spin?
anyways.and curve your back it makes your sitspin bad.try to put your weight near the toepic:D
