lots of experts. realize one thing guys, ANYONE CAN BE BEAT! although there IS TRAINED and UNTRAINED, you dont have to know how to box or have some great martisl arts skill to be able to defend yourself. but its all a beautiful ART when you know the hell you are doing and not on you tube talking shit.

Boxing and martial arts are 2 WAY different fighting techniques. for example some people think martial arts is something you learn to defend yourself? good luck. Its a sport and the same with boxing but the only difference is that in boxing you actually learn something useful, to defend yourself and hit hard. Not some fancy slapping and squirting like in martial arts.

i dont understand your looking strait ahead except your punch is going way off to the left. How is that gonna do you any good in combat when the guy is standing straight out in front of you and your punch is a practically touching your chest and i dont understand why your telling us to not plow your fist as much as you can through the guys face!?!? as long as your still throwing the punch and keep your fist connected to his face... his head is gonna be crushed. by the way your fist is open.
