His technical skill and dexterity are impressive. Musically... meh. It may be a good practice exercise, but as a performance it's not so hot. Billy Joel does the same song nearly this fast, and makes it actually sound good in the process.

I'm willing to concede that it's possible that the recording is at least partly to blame, but it sounds muddy and I'm having a hard time following the melody even though I'm familiar with the song.

see, some don't permanently need to have a look on the notes... (me too) if you once learned a composition wholly you can play it by memory, not by ear or notes.

Your fingers do it their own... Also you get to know the fitting tones after a while of playing =)

DUDE. i cant get to u. i wanted to ask u what exercises should i do to be able to do a standing HORIZONTAL jump - about 10ft. i need to do it in about 4 -5 months. it will be VERY helpful.

Do a gymnastics hurdle. From standing, pick a spot slightly farther than you think you can make. Then bend your legs. During the jump, swing your arms forward to propell you, and straighten your legs before you re-tuck. (If you keep your legs bent the whole time, your launch won't be as powerful as it could be.)
