  • Yeah... Why tip waitors when all they do is complain about people being dicks when its part of the job...

I seriously hate waitors. Take my order and give it to the cook in back. Dont stand there and small talk about the color of my fucking shoes dick. Im here to eat not to talk.

  • all the dam servers cry about about $2/hr... hey ... why u so stupid and get a job like that? why dont u do some entry level work that pay you? LOl stupid lazy shiet... beggging like a bunch of beggars... constantly thinking that tips are mandatory is pathetic. Tips are basically gift for super excellent service.

Waiters needs to stop acting like beggars and just do their dam easy ass job!

  • Waiting on tables might seem easy, but it takes very strong multitasking skills and patience. You really should tip when you go out to eat and someone brings everything to you. You can blame any entitiy you like (government, etc) but the way things are remain.

If labor wages went up for waiters do you think the food prices will remain the same? Tip your waiters and waitresses folks.

  • tipping is a taxable tradition that lowers the base pay of servers while offering higher tax gains, because whether you make that money or not, you pay the taxes. NO MORE TIPPING AS FORCED TRADITION, tip because you want to or can. Two babies and a pissed off wife leaves you broke with no options. SO if i have to take her to dinner, and i plan to tip, and she gets dessert, sorry buddy- she just ate your tip. I had to tip my wife to keep my literal balls, so fuck your problems.

  • fuck tipping

  • fuck gratunity

  • So instead of going after the citizens in the community to pay more taxes just for us to have higher wages (which is impossible) we would go after the department (employer). If the department didn't want to pay us anymore than we would go work for a different department. Waiters and waitresses have the same options. I do tip well most of the time. But the thought of people expecting that tip sickens me and makes me not want to tip. It takes away from the significance of the concept.

  • I work for a fire department and my job works much the same. If I don't treat the customers (taxpayers) with respect every time I come into contact with them than they won't vote in favor of our levies and/or lid lifts and I would be laid off. I make a decent wage at my job but lets say the department decided to cut our wages in half. Would it then be OK for us to force a tax increase on the customers with out their approving vote so we can make our salary? Of course not.

  • People need to stop getting so mad at the customer for tipping a low amount or not tipping at all and instead get mad with the employer for not paying them a decent wage. The waiter/waitress should treat the customer with utmost respect because it is their job and their job relies on the customer showing up in the first place. If every customer decided to not eat out anymore because they didn't want to tip than every waiter/waitress in the world would be out of a job.

  • If I receive above expected service at a restaurant, than I would have no problem tipping even 50%. But to be expected to tip 15-20% every time I go out to eat is absurd. Tipping should be a GIFT that you give a waiter/waitress for serving you well and not a paycheck. Employers and the IRS are the ones that need to change. It is not right that the employer pays cheap wages and I believe it is unconstitutional for the IRS to tax tips at all (same with inheritances and other such things).

  • So, If I get this right.

In Amerika the cook, or untrained dishwasher, gets a better salary than the waitress?

  • @qkwijt yes

  • @slw2222

    That doesn't seem fair.

  • "the bill is $21"

"that's what i gave you.' end of discussion. baotch"

  • FUCK TIPPING AND FUCK TIPPING NAZI'S

  • you agreed to serve food for a wage, why should you get more? if the server went well above their job then maybe.

  • @wcresponder In your case, no server would ever go beyond their job.

Oh, and by the way, until I made your acquaintance, I didn't think it possible for a person to sexually assault themselves; I now know that self-ass rape is most definitely a reality.

  • @SatchmoSings oh this is really really depressing that you are so ill as to stalk someone, please find help.

you really need aid. drugs, counselling, electroshock.

  • Stop tipping so we can do away with the tip system

  • @Ironbumm , if you canr afford to dine out, just don't. Period. Stick to McDonalds...

  • @Ironbumm Do you really think that's a good idea? If waitpersons were paid a high enough salary where tipping wasn't necessary, it's likely your bill would be twice as high because in order to pay their help, they'd have to skyrocket the food prices.

  • we get just enough money in our wage to pay for the taxes. we get our money from tips.

  • i don't tip ... as far as i'm concerned they're just don' their jobs... they don't like their job or their compensation package ... go find another job! simple.

  • @torontothegood Well in Mexico we tip our civil servants, most notably the police who require a tip of $ 50 up for any sort of service, such as reminding you that you broke a law that you did not know about. And if you stiff the police.....well you just might end up cold and stiff yourself.

  • do people tip workers at a grocery store or farmers? no and thats were we get our food from a lot of servers are very greedy

  • that drum track was grooovy!

  • sorry, i blew my wad bribing the hostess just to get my table...

i'm spent got nothin' left for the waiter ...

    besides. ...

"as far as i'm concerned they're just doin' their job"

  • @torontothegood yea for $5 an hr. i hope someone treats u like shit,

  • @azurinskyy dude, dude, why all the hate and profanity. peace, bro'!..

i respect your opinion... pls respect mine. love & peace, bro' ... love & peace.!

  • u cant eat without waiters!

    thank God there are waiters.

  • another black guy that doesnt tip and then makes a song about it.....

U ppl say u want to be treated like equal, but dont behave like a civil person to be treated as equal. what a shame...

  • @character091 The customer gets poisioned in the end of the song for being cheap and rude. Race has nothing to do with this video.

  • I went out on a date with a guy and he didn't tip well, maybe about 20 cents by rounding up to the next number. I said, "That's not right," and put in some more money. He didn't add anything. We had a good time otherwise, but that left a bad taste in my mouth. Is it as heinous as I feel it is?

  • @MsOrangeCanary

I think 15 or 20 percent is important.

Waiters are taxed on tips regardless of whether people leave them. Their employers pay them below minimum wage on the assumption of tips.

  • @mft1234 so its the customers fault and the customer should pay more because of cheap employers paying their employees crap wages? Dont like the job, go get a new one. No one making you work min wage.

Why not tip the dudes that built your house? why not tip the people that keep grocery stores stocked? why not tip the people that run a business? why not tip the people that keep your community clean? why not tip the people that dangle from a rope 40 stories high to keep your window clean?

  • @Smokie181 fuck u arsehole..if u dont have money to tip dont go to restaurant..eat some fuckin noodles at home with your bitch and drink your cheao TAP WATER,,and wash your fucking dishes later

  • @manojoelcruel awww did I piss you off?? LOL fuck you, you a waiter or something?

I work night shift stocking shelves and sending out food YOU eat to other stores...why don't anyone tip me? Money...lol where in that message did I say I DONT HAVE MONEY TO TIP. Learn to comprehend a fucking message douchebag. Money is not a problem for me. I dont live check to check. FYI I eat out 80% of the time LOL. Oh yeah Im also not to lazy to wash a few dishes..although thats what a dishwasher is for.

  • @Smokie181 U need to learn about culture. U r obviously not educated and thats ok, u r probably black (bcs u say u r lazy) and were raised in the getto. Here, if u dont have money to tip dont go out to restaurants, u pay for the food but not for the delivery to ur table. U r better off eating fried chicken and orange soda at home with the money u collect from unemployment even though u work at night stocking shelves bcs u dont have any culture to interact with ppl.

  • @character091 tsk tsk listen to you cry. you a waiter? why tip some people and not others? why should I pay employees even more money when they are getting paid by their employer. Society says tip these people but not these one or these ones or these ones or these ones or these one...nice 'culture' we are brought up in. Its not about 'culture' jackass. Driving a 08 M3, living in a 450-500k house, eating out most of the time...yea....I'm broke. LOL $19 an hour....I'm not complaining

  • @Smokie181 If u were educated u'll understand, but u dont and thats ok. $19/hr to stock shelves! bravo! U have reached ur ceiling. U know Im talking about income not ur roof right? ..and yes U R BROKE, try not working for a month and u"ll be in the street. NOt even broke but U r a Slave and here is Y: u say u drive and u live, but u never say U OWN! hahaha! doochebag.

  • @character091 You talk like you know me that's actually pretty funny. Not only that you break out the insults card. How original. Come back when you have something useful to say. FYI $19 isn't top rate douchebag. (also learn how to spell douchebag...you make yourself look like a tard)

No, I don't 'own' the car...done paying for it end of 2011. I don't think many people on here can slap down $22,700 dollars. Living check to check is broke...i don't live check to check. Education..wtf! LOL

  • @character091 Thats harsh your a racist bastard. You should burn in hell eternally racist cunt.

  • @Smokie181 well if you start tipping all the other people you mentioned, then their wages would go down by their exploitative employers. Once upon a time people tipped as a pleasantry, but it has gone far beyond that and into an expected gift. Im from the uk and do not tip to avoid the culture begining here.

  • @trigga1uk Tips aren't expected and sometimes considered rude in the UK. The employer also pays them more then $2 to $3 an hour. Tips help to feed hungry mouths in the U.S. and it's considered rude not to pay.

  • I HAVE NEVER EVER HEARD THAT TIP IN UK IS CONSIDERED RUDE,, I WORK IN UK FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS AND I ALWAYS TIP THE WAITERS THAT MOST OF THE TIME HAVE FAMILY KIDS AND ARE LOW GET INCOME PEOPLE..TO TIP IS A BIG HELP FOR THOSE WHO GETPAID 5.80 PER HR - 20% tax to queen, SO EVEN IF THE WAITER WORK 50HRS A WEEK HE WONT GET EVEN 700 £ MONTH..SO YES U HAVE TO TIP..BE NICE , BE POLITE, BE GENEROUS AND THIS MONEY ..BUT U R A CHEAP BASTARD FUCK U ..TAKE UR TIPS AND PUT IN UR ARSEHOLE MOTHERFUCKER...

  • @Smokie181 Dudes that build homes don't explicitly work for tips and the government does not tax them on the assumption that they're earning tips. A lousy waiter deserves a poor tip. But I think 15 to 20 percent is appropriate otherwise.

  • @mft1234 They claim their tips properly at tax time or at the end of the day? Being in the restaurant business for 7+ years I can tell you right now that 80% of them dont claim their tips properly at tax time nor do they claim the real amount at the end of the day only ripping off other employee's that are putting in just as much or more work then a simple waiters job. And again ill say this...its the customers fault? that gov't taxes em? or that employers wont pay them a decent amount?

  • @MsOrangeCanary Well, you have to remember that beggars can't be choosers. If the guy is paying for the meal and whatever else falls into your date, you're not in a position to tell him what tip is right or wrong even if it doesn't fall within social standards. The fact that you put in more money is your own prerogative, but again, it's not your position to dictate right and wrong to the one that feeds you.

  • @MelkorHimself this is not a BEG ur arsehole..it is a job, a work..a hard and stressfull job...if u dont want tip..dont go to restaurant..enjoy the nice service and think that everyone in a restaurant are working to make ur day a lovely day..than what u dont fcuking tip...fuck off

  • @manojoelcruel When you can type coherent sentences that i don't have to strain to understand, come talk to me.

  • @MsOrangeCanary maybe that guy had principles. Im from the uk, and i do not tip in the usa because the culture has become very unpleasant and is perpetuated by people trying to avoid social awkwardness. It is the employers job to pay the staff, not the customer, and it is not a tip when you start talking about 10%-20%, you should never expect a gift. People need to stop tipping, waiters need to grow a spine and form unions and end the awkward unpleasnat culture of expecting a gift.

  • @trigga1uk CHEAP BASTARD I WOULDSPIT IN UR FOOD EVERY SINGLE TIME THAT U GO TO MY RESTAURANT,,AND THE CHEFS WOULD COOK UR FOOD WITH SHIT,,THATS WHAT U DESERVES

  • @MsOrangeCanary 20 cents tips?! I would break up with him!

  • Nice

    5*

    All the best

  • PART 1/2

I've been on both sides of this fence. It galls me that the system is designed so that you have to have an expectation of tips in order to get an almost reasonable wage. I always gave the best I had to offer to people and I've actually gotten tips of less than a quarter. Rather they didn't leave me anything if that's the best they could do.

  • @lloydhofer Do tips that aren't automatically added into the check motivate prompt service?

  • @mft1234

Promptness is the individualness of the person waiting on you. Some people try their best for everyone and others learn who tips well and favor them. If you are new to a place or or person serving you then there is no extra motivation for promptness because the tip is unknown until after the meal. A good tipper becomes recognized eventually and gets the friendly perks like a hearty "hi xyz" when they walk in, or their favorite table wiped down if it was just used.

  • Part 2/2

For every person who tries to be generous and acknowledge that you tried hard with a generous tip there seems to be 10 people that don't give a shit what the service or food was like. BTW did you know that the IRS assumes you are going to make generous tips that they tax you for whether or not you actually made them, even if you keep timely records of what you actually got. Keepen' the po' folk down. It sucks.
