The fact that the museum invited him back really makes one wonder. If this is what the Costa Rican artists' community sees as art maybe someone should douse them in some napalm.
Also a lot of people say its so people would start feeding animals, that were on the street. I say **** If he really cared, he would feed dogs him self, and post pictures of dogs/paint pictures of dogs starved, not use a real one. Thats like saying the best way to stop child starvation is to get a starting child and tie him up for everyone to watch. He's just saying that to save his ass. He's a sick man.

They should also tie the artist , who did this cruel tihing to this poor dog, and exhibit him also as "art", and starve him to dead.
